Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Wisconsin State Legislation will continue to be viewed as politically corrupt until this man receives a re-trial which allows the defense to present all evidence. The police department is at fault for mis-conduct and this should be taken into consideration when reviewing this case. The site was not properly investigated and with the history, there were too many holes to fill and not enough motive to place the blame on Avery. The truth will reveal itself a little at a time. The most difficult part is to hear the way the police department responds to questions and which officers have no "mask" in their answer. There are too many inconsistencies with the police departments time line and they also seemed to have information on events much sooner than a dispatch would. Brendan was obviously coerced into providing a false testimony. I work with special needs children first hand and this is a mockery.

Hear them out! A killer is on the lose because they a few men with too much power want Avery's behind bars. Not all Avery's are clean but sure as hell no killers. Petetion reached the Netherlands.

This whole thing makes me so sick

Attorneys. Is there a GREAT attorney out there willing to take this on ? Watched a few things after this documentary. Dr. Phil was one of them. I wanted to hear his opinion. He just hopes that they can get a FAIR trial. If there is evidence to prove they are guilty, then I agree. Let them Rot under the jail. If there is any reasonable doubt ( which with the info in the documentary, there is so much doubt ). BUT, if a fair judge and jury and attorneys prove their is doubt and hopefully could investigate a different suspect, GET THEM OUT OF THERE and get them any psychological help they would both need to become as healed as they can be. Someone with great resources and willing to fight for such injustices for these 2 men ? After watching the whole series twice...it was just so sickening. The last group to help presented so much information to help get an appeal and that didn't work. Getting an appeal at the state level didn't work. I figured superior court, he had a chance. Nope ! Will someone take this on pro bono ? We want to sign this petition. We were looking for a gofundme page. Found a couple of different ones. We weren't sure if there was one they were missing. Figured there would be a good sum on money in one. So if we are missing that, could someone let us know. We will research anything sent so we know it isn't a scam. My heart just aches for Steven, Brendon and their families. I am trying to look at both sides and I realize Teresa's family wants a conviction. Hard to believe they aren't questioning ( or at least they aren't making that public ) some of the evidence. I would want the RIGHT person behind bars no matter who they are. In my heart, I would want to have such solid evidence that there would be NO reasonable doubt.

New trial for Avery and Dassey!

Both my partner and I are lawyers. Since watching the Netflix documentary we have discussed this case everyday. We both believe that the men are innocent. We both believe that a miscarriage of justice occurred and that these men did not receive a fair trial. We hope that our support will strengthen this petition.

The jury of both defendants got the verdict wrong , and were highly influenced by the pre trial publicity as well as jury tampering as two of the jurors were related to members of the sherrifs office.. Also there are too many irregularities and inconsistent evidence...bones in three locations .. No dna anywhere in garage or trailer ...only averys DNA on her key ...all evidence was planted... The police may not have killed her but they did take advantage of situation .. I do think it was likely that the Edwards serial killer set him up or Scott tadych and the other nephew had some involvement.

Both Steven and Brendan were wrongfully convicted!!! Anyone with half of a brain cell could see that! The saddest part is that the people who are really responsible are walking around while innocent people are behind bars! Why would the "cops" not only kill this lady but frame someone for it? Well they had 36 MILLION Reasons why! People kill their own family members for way less money than that! This whole case is a joke! FREE STEVE AND BRENDAN!!!!

Using Mr. Avery and Mr. Dassey as scapegoats as the Wisconsin justice system has done is not the way to do justice to the victim. The real killer or killers are still out there and most likely wearing police uniform. This is shameful. The evidence supported Mr. Avery and Mr. Dassey's innocence. Where did the guilty verdict came from? Something strange happened during deliberations in both cases (I suspect)

Shameful behavior in the Wisconsin juice system. As if the Green Bay Packers didn't disgust me enough already. It all stinks like some bad cheese!

I believe a right to a new trial is warranted. There is overwhelming information that guilt has not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.! Do the right thing and grant a new trial in the highest court of law!
