Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

That poor young kid.. I don't know if he did anything wrong but he deserves a fighting chance.

Please give Brendan Dassey a chance to prove his innocence with loyal council and a chance to show his ridiculous interrogations that coerced and tricked an obviously challenged young man into confessing.

Steven Avery and his nephew should be pardoned immediately!!! I believe 100% that Steven is innocent and Brandon was the easiest target to mislead into saying things he new nothing about, let alone what it even meant . The entire trial and investigation has been tainted by the Manitowoc police department, prosecutors, jurors, judges and attorney generals office, all to save face and cover for each other. It's a disgrace that our legal system across the country is so corrupt ( and don't try to say it isn't because everyone knows that it is). But to the levels and extent to which this case reached is horrific!!! Not to mention that the murderer is still out there laughing at this mess and no justice has been brought for Theresa Halback or her family. I believe EVERY person involved from the attorney general all the way down to the pit of the police department should be held accountable and be strip'd of there jobs. Steven Avery and his nephew should get $100million each at this point!!!!!

Get these men out of prison!!! They are not the real criminals. The Manitowoc police are. Throw them in jail!!!

I can't say for sure who exactly killed ms. Halbech, but what I can say is the evidence seemed very tampered with. The trial was very pre determined by media and even influenced on the jurors.

I do not have to be an expert to know the case was handled wrong and needs a retrial.

Give him a new trial.

Brendan and Steven need to be pardoned and the real killer(s) need to be found. This whole situation is a horrible miscarriage of "justice."

Give the Steven Avery a NEW trial.

The whole world believes he's innocent! Why the hell are they doing this seriously,the justice system is just so wrong! We are all with you,stand tough,stand your ground and never give up,truth will always come out sooner or later.

I hope by signing this petition it goes someway help & that steven & brendan finally get a fair chance to clear their name in an court with an under bias judge and jury.

The injustice is insane,but we cannot just sit here and feel bad,we need to fight this battle for them because they can't. PUT THE PRESSURE ON! Sign every petition on behalf of their innocence. Write to the Govenor..do whatever you think might help

There arnt actually any words I can use to describe how I feel about this lack of justice and blatent frame job , stay strong you two the truth will come out . A side not I had a thought and I don't know if it's any use but is there any crime scene photos of the tire tracks from Theresa's vehicle that could determine the direction it traveled from to get to the point it was abandoned because if there is and they suggest the vehicle was drivin from off of the avery farm won't that contest the whole prosecutions argument?

At least provide another trial so that we all can believe in our law enforcement and judicial system again.
