Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery deserve to be free due to the fact that both of their constitutional rights where severely violated by our own CJ System. To not free them is sending the awful message that the system can do whatever it wants no matter the people's constitutional rights. SET THEM FREE NOW!!!!!!!!

This case makes a mockery of the US criminal justice system. The judge, not to mention the prosecutors and 'law enforcement' officers are the real criminals here. 3 peoples lives taken. 2 could have been avoided.

I don't understand how this obvious travesty of justice has withstood the review and appeal process. Perhaps the crooked law enforcement officials and prosecutors in this town have been getting away with their dirty deeds for so long they thought no one would discover their crimes against humanity and the Avery, Dassey familes in particular. They deserve no less than to lose decades of their lives as they have robbed Steven and now Brandon of theirs. Something must be done about this. Steven, Brandon and the whole family can never regain what they've lost. NEVER. I believe the way the police and prosecutors manipulated Brandon constitutes a crime against a child and should be treated as such to the fullest extent of the law. I thought the tactics used had long ago been banned. What the heck has Nancy Grace been watching? Certainly not the same thing I have. Leave these poor, decent people alone if you have an ounce of decency in yourself, Nancy. I am in awe of the Avery family, their candor, love and support for each other, humility and ability to continue their fight without bitterly giving up. I take my hat off to you all for being an example of determination for us all. Thank you for being you. I pray you are all given the freedom, peace, truth and justice you seek.

Clearly these 2 men are innocent and have been set up by the real Murderer/s as well as corrupt Policemen..And been given NO real chance of over turning this decision by appeal in Wisconsin...Any other State that this Appeal Trial was heared in would return NOT GUILTY for both men...that I am sure of...

I think it is horrifying of what Steven and Brendan Avery i going through. The district attorney was a liar and the police planted the evidence and they should I never took a confession from a child 16 years old who is mentally able to understand what he was signing no lawyer no mother no verdict and I hope our President does what's right for that family

How anyone can say or believe Brendan did anything wrong is beyond me. He should get a new trial or pardoned all together. Free Brendan!

There are so many holes and questions, it's almost impossible to say that Avery and Dassey commited this murder. Its time to find out who really did. 18 years was already long enough.

I am so sorry for the pain the Halbach's have endured but convicting the wrong people is not justice. Give Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey a fair trial! I am sad to say that when truth is finally reavieled the Halbach family will realize they are also victims of the state and the true murderer of there daughter has gone unpunished!
