Binge watched the documentary and belief a new trial is needed for Avery and Dassey right away. I hope this petition is for a new trial for both. Thank you.

Clearly violates multiple laws and constitutional rights in this trial. Please approve a new trial, declare a mistrial, put it in another county far from Manitwoc or Calumet.

There are 3 victims in this tragedy. Teresa, Steven and Brendan. While Teresa could never be brought back from the dead, Steven & Brendan can. Wisconsin get it right!

Even if he's not innocent, he deserves a fair treatment and a new trial without the involvement of wisconsin officials and state organs. Only a federal court outside wisconsin would be fair. Avery case represents a much bigger flaw in US legal system and I no longer see the US as the way I used to after reading, researching, watching about both cases against him. No accountability whatsoever for the first case?!? and how about Ken Kratz, the DA in Halbach case? He raised Avery's ancient history of animal cruelty to discredit the documentary and now he's the one with a suspended license for sexual harrasment. Isn't this alone enough to see "what if this happened to me" side of the incidents? Now what? According to Katz's former approach, himself should be discredited? The list goes on and on and it's full of facts, not subjective opinions. These people are corrupt, ignorant and they should be tried for misconduct and the damage they cause to the US legal system's image. I'd never visit Wisconsin as a tourist or make an investment after seeing their misconduct. One last example is dramatic enough: The detective that arrested Avery in Halbach case claims that if he was not released for the first case, then he'd never be able to hurt Halbach and he is so ignorant to ask himself this; "would gregory allen be able to commit two more sexual crimes if he'd be put in jail as the actual criminal instead of innocent avery in the first case?" Because of these corrupt, selfish, bully cops, da and judge in the first case, the actual rapist got away and spent several years outside and committed at least two assaults (one being a forceful oral sex and braking and entering a poor woman's house while her daugther was sleeping next door). Who takes responsibility for this? No one

Ignoring innocence or guilt (although I believe in Avery&Dassey) so much has happened within that joke of a trial to call for a new one.

The trial process for both defenders was appaulling. It sickens me how poorly these 2 cases were handled. It is disgusting to see how poor people dont get a fair shake. And it terrifies me that this could happen to me. Both Avery and Dassey deserve new trials.
In addition, it is frightening to think that the real killer is still at large.

I do not understand any of it, just watched the series an I'm in shock!! I think they are innocent an it's so sad that it will never matter cause of the way it went an how the so called law won.. Ugh irritation...

This case should have NEVER been tried any where near that county because he didn't get a fair trial. The higher ups in Wisconsin knew that they would be shooting themselves in the foot if they admitted that their officers were corrupt in this case too.

Brendan Dassey deserves a new trail. There is no physical evidence that puts him at the crime seen. Not even a finger print. It's a shame. With his intelligence I find it hard to believe he can plan a murder nor clean up so great no evidence found. I hope someone can make this right.
