Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Please stop Wisconsin's crimes against the people of this country!

Free Steven Avery! He and his nephew are innocent. I feel so bad for these poor souls.

I don't know how the jury found him guilty after hearing all the evidence. Something needs to be done. Free Steven avery and Breedon dassey.

We are from THE Nethetland and we can t believe this, this could never be in Europe,.. such corruption. I can't believe that 12 random people (jury) can decides the future and life of a innocent individual. Never in Europe. We have a independent judge and sometimes a view judges, but only qualified professionals, never random people without education about the law and al necessary concerning such important decisions.

Give both these two a fair trial please you can not convict someone with this evidence and the lack their of how can you listen to the trial and say their is no doubt in your mind they are both guilty? You can't I don't know 100% their innocent cuz I wasn't their but from watching the trial I can certainly tell you that I don't know their guilty either way way to many loose ends how bout the video of Teresa at the beginning of the show making a murdere? Why is she saying if she dies tomorrow or soon or whatever that she wants everyone to know she died happy? She was a young women who had her whole life in front of her what would cause her to think she was gonna die? Who was her roommate ? Did her roommate make her feel uncomfortable? I think something deeper lies here and needs to be looked into . Did her roommate follow her? Did she arrive home and was shot in the head then staged at the Avery property ? Was it the cops ? To many questions that we the people don't have a answers for!

I believe that this man is innocent. Give them a fair trial!!!

I have not heard any evidence of tampering with anything said or shown in the documentary from any of the people taped in the investigation before, during and after the trial. The most anyone has said is the certain information was left out. With the premise that one has to be proven "Guilty" without a reasonable doubt. I don't need to see anything else to have far more than reasonable doubt about Steven Avery's guilt and unless the Judge and all 13 Jurors were asleep during the trial, I don't see how anyone would have found him or Branden guilty. This case merits a new trial. If the prosecution team feels they have a strong case, they should be ready to proceed and put this to rest once and for all.

New trial should be given to Steven Avery & his nephew Brendan Dassey. I am appalled that they never got a fair trial and that the real murderer or murderers are free walking the streets of this horrible crime. I cannot get my head round this it's awful.

The lack of evidence, not the evidence, speaks for itself. I have never heard of any murder that did not produce an enormous amount of dna evidence, especially the victim's blood. Point blank: you can not kill someone without creating a trail of evidence......unless you are Dexter and even that is the suspension of disbelief.

Please give Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey the chance of a retrial. This is only fair. It is already impossible to undo all the wrong that has been inflicted on both of them. They deserve a retrial.

I am speechless and shocked by what I have seen and read from the beginning of this travesty back in 89. This is the worst case of injustice I have ever had the misfortune to hear about. Steven has sacrificed the best part of his life for nothing, and as for Brendan well, they have framed him real good so good in fact that he pretty much convicted himself. In the words of Bob Dylan 'to see him obviously framed couldn't help but make me feel ashamed to live in the land where justice is a game'. Free Steven and Brendan!,

They were done wrong they derserve a better judge and every evidence i seen was lenk and colburn was the planters an i hope steven gets free along with brenden and i hope the truth comes out and i hope they get free they need to leave Wisconsin when they get out
