Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I believe Steven Avery is innocent

The first element of any murder case is motive, Steven Avery had no motive in fact he had every motive NOT to do it. The Steven Avery Bill was introduced November 1, the state was about to give him $450,000 and his $36,000,000 lawsuit began with depositions of Colborn, Lenk, Fat and smug Kusche, Lying Dvorek and others just before Halbach disappeared. . They all faced bankruptcy and potentially criminal charges, they had every motive for framing Steven Avery.

The entire Wisconsin (so-called) Judicial system is a farce and is a disgrace to the word JUSTICE. Ken Kratz, Colborn and Lenk should be facing criminal obstruction of Justice charges.

Steven and Brendan are clearly innocent. Please free them now.

If you have spent 18 years of your life in prison for a crime you did not commit to then be released and potentially be looking at compensation up to $36m why would you commit a crime at this point in your life? If you are being accused of foul play and sending an innocent man to jail and also being liable to find some of that $36m and also have sat deposition and risk losing your job and all respect, what lengths would you go to to ensure that steven Avery would not be able to harm you or the state? It seems that 99% of the evidence against Steven Avery is circumstantial and only the blood in the Rav 4 is the only physical evidence present and that is inconclusive as it was noted that the test that the FBI carried out only failed to detect the presence EDTA, so EDTA could have been there but the FBI failed to detect it during that specific test. Watching the so called confession from Brendan Dassey was disturbing to say the least, you don't need to a detective to see that this was coercion, how do those people sleep at night? When you look at the broader picture it becomes crystal clear what has happened to Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey, I am not suggesting that Police were involved in the killing of Teresa Halbach but you cant ignore the fact that planting evidence and corruption does exist, and therefore must be a possibility that misconduct has occurred. The vast majority of murders are committed by person known to the victim! My sympathy to the Halbach Family for there loss. Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are Innocent

by any points of view, Steven Avery is innocent.

After watching all the shows and reading all the facts that were over looked in this case, I am overcome with sadness. My heart goes out to both men and the family. It shows just how far people will go .

My husband and I were disappointed and shocked at the state of our justice system. It completely failed Steven and Brendan and we were shocked to see the idiocy of american citizens.

Where is justice in this case? Sooner or later the truth will be found!

The American justice system is embarrassing. Corruption is obviously rife. Speak up, stand tall for justice, for the truth for a FAIR trial. INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty, and there is NO proof and more evidence to show innocence. Steven avery and Brendan dassey stay strong the good will out. SHAME ON YOU AMERICA.

Heart-breaking story. Totally shocked to see the verdict could be like that even with such clear evidences that he is framed! Hope justice will be heard.
