No words describe my disbelief, and even freedom with reparations can't undo this injustice. My biggest sympathy to Steven, Brendan and the whole family.

I am horrified and sickened at how these two men were convicted and why we do not have the police in custody for perverting the court of justice. This is an outrage what has happened and eventually the truth wil out and they will both be freed and the real guilty parties arrested. How the police, judges etc involved in this case sleep at night I do not know. It is clearly an outrage. I support Steven and Brendan in their claim they are innocent.

Due to the obvious corruption and in my mind criminal actions by the Manitowoc police department and the prosecutors I believe Steven and Brendan deserve a new trial preferrably as far away from Manitowoc and Calumet counties as possible.

I will never set foot in Minnesota, obviously they are a crime ridden state, and most of the criminals are in official positions of power.

Absolutely heartbreaking!! Review the footage of the brother and the ex-boyfriend the day they set up the search....suspicious to say the least, just watch it. Why are they both so defensive?

How obvious to myself and thousands of viewers that the Justice System failed a child and an innocent man. To think if a Civil Suit wasn't in the making that the real killer would have been found. Insurance wasn't paying out for these corrupt Officer's and they were on the hook for damages. How convenient to plant evidence, convict the wrong man AGAIN in order to save themselves from having to pay. Everything that the word Evil consist of are what makes up the character of these officials.... UNETHICAL, DIHONEST, EGO and GREED. I cried when Steven's mother said she knows God is on their side and it looks like he wasn't with the guilty verdict. I still have faith that God is looking out for this family. Unfortunately, the Evilness that permeates through our society today runs so rampant that it feels like God is nowhere to be found. It is up to those of us that are moral, ethical and God fearing people, to come together and support this family. I believe in the power of prayer, just as I believe in the innocence of Steven and Brandon. I hope these men realize what they've done before their days on earth are over. God don't like ugly.

After watching the movie, I am convinced that these two people were framed and do not belong in jail.

I'm signing this because this poor man has been through enough it's as plane to see he was set up there must of been something about that year 93-94 cos that was the same year that the cops here in Donegal tryed to set up a man or should I say two men and sent one of them to jail but the only thing about here is that there was but a few of them and when they were found out what they were doing they didn't try cover for them they went full hog to convic them I could not belave who can we trust they are ment to help us not set us up makes me so mad that the jury went against him had to be bribed let this man out now FREE HIM NOW.......

What a crying shame,the facts are so obvious .Just a matter of time until they get to pay for there crimes with no one to protect or speak up for them.Mr Avery will have the last laugh,I can assure you.
