The police, courts, judge, so many powerful people in this case are corrupt. Surely they can't get away with this? They have ruined so many people's lives and the real culprit has got off Scot-free! This is not justice for Teresa either. Steven and Brendan should be released. There is nothing that will compensate them but they should at least be allowed to live the rest of their lives freely. We all, now, know the justice system is corrupt so someone out there in power: Be a hero - do the right thing by Teresa - free Steven and Brendan; find and convict the real murderer!

Both Avery and Dessaney need to be released. Dessaney is clearly low functioning and should not have been interrogated the way he was without parental permission or without knowing his rights to have a lawyer, it’s so illegal! He was also fed the answers because as they ask Dessaney something he guesses what he’s supposed to say, he is set up to make his uncle look like this evil villain!
Also, Avery was set up by his own county’s police force, who are there supposed to be protecting others instead of trying to put the innocent in prison. The Manitowoc were not even allowed to be on Avery’s property while it was being search. The police officers from out of town that were allowed to be there, found no evidence what so ever to pin Avery to this case. But the second the Manitowoc County Police got to his home, evidence started popping up out of no where!
In the words of Steven Avery, “Poor people never win”, and that is something that needs to change. If that’s how some of America’s police force works than something BIG needs to change because they are supposed to be keeping us safe, not trying to lock us up.

Our court system in this country is just flat out embarrassing! ANYONE who watches the documentary and reads up on this case can see they’re innocent. That’s one dirty Wisconsin county. Makes me sick! THEY’RE INNOCENT!!!!!!

A state took the easy way and convicted a innocent man. Just so they didn't have to pay 36 million dollars they planted evidence and framed an innocent man

This man was wrongfully convicted with absolutely zero physical evidence besides the car and burned bones found. There are so many inconsistencies with this case. The police officers that were not supposed to be involved and were being sued, were in fact involved. Also, if their theory is he killed her in his garage, where is the blood? With all of the pieces examined in the garage there would be splatter somewhere in that garage. Free Steven Avery.

I am signing this petition because I believe Steven and Brandon are innocent and have been wrongfully convicted of a crime they did not commit.
The new evidence shows that in fact and scientific testing.

If only law enforcement did their due diligence to investigate every possible suspect & lead... Justice was not served well... They were convicted guilty even before making it trail.

Incredible, after seeing so much evidence and facts that Steven and Dassey are still in prison ! My faith in Justice and the Supreme Court is at a bottom low.

There’s so Much Judicial misconduct happening here that it’s not even funny. It’s so obvious he’s innocent the motive? Easy, the prosecutor, sheriff & everyone else involved in framing him was told by the insurance company that protects them should a case go folly that THEY WEREN’T COVERED!! because Avery was setup so clearly & it being such an egregious constitutional violation. So they a minimum of 6 people were on the hook for up to 36million dollars! Meaning they (Law enforcement & criminal justice lawyers) were going to lose their homes and everything they owned, now if that’s not a clear motive to set someone up then I don’t know what is.....
