Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Something has to be done. Lives matter.

I have taken time read and study all the facts available on this case, and that of his nephew,and I can only say Thank goodness I don't live in the USA where this can happen and continue to happen - I am appalled by the blatant and obvious facts of coercion that have not been given the respect they should by the people of the USA - You have ruined the lives of all this family and owe them so much - which is probably the reason you will continue to deny their release.

Both these men deserve a retrial.. Just from what I watched where is the blood, "fluid", sweat evidence from eithor Steven or Theresa? It just does not add up and really poor Brendan!! This is sick that these two men have not had fair trials since the beginning. I could think of a few other ways to look!! People please!!

In the interest of justice, these two deserve a truly fair trial, which they were not given.

This story is one of the most glaring examples of a miscarriage of justice I have ever witnessed. My heart truly goes out to the Avery family, particularly Steve. Stay strong family, you have support!

I experienced an intense rage and my mind reeled with incredulous disbelief as this story unfolded in Netfix's documentary. Such savage manipulation and disregard for innocent lives is beyond comprehension. Too many professionals went against their code of practice in order to support a false case against an innocent man. I was horrified and sickened to the core when I saw how the police manipulated and coerced a confession from Brandon Avery. It's a real life horror, revealing malignant corruption. Steven and Brandon Avery are innocent and they must be set free. Sending a beacon of love and support to Steven and Brandon, from the U.K.

Brendan's attorney worked against him. Deserving of a retrial, please.

God always shines the light on darkness. Meaning the people elected and trusted by their public are held at a much higher standard of judgement from God. Before making the decision to throw this case aside again, consider at the very least to give these men a FAIR and unbiased trial with new prosecutors and judge. It's a shame that Brendon is even a part of this county's obvious campaign to destroy Steven Averys life. Those trials were a joke and everyone knows it. Be the difference and stand up for what you swore on a BIBLE TO GOD to do and actually DO IT!

Steven and Brendan are innocent

I believe Steven Avery is an innocent man who is being framed for a second time, why aren't more people seeing how badly put together all this 'evidence' was? Keys found after several days, despite having searched the room constantly and the bullet magically found MONTHS after. Oh and the blood that was dotted around her car, I wonder if that came from the tube that had been OPENED since his last misconduct from the previous case. ALL evidence proves his innocence but the legal system won't allow it, Brendan was so obviously forced into saying the things he did. Anyone who watches the confession video and video of him writing his statement can see that! I hope to see you free one day!

I believe that the defendants are both innocent and should both get new trials if not freed. I also think they and the law enforcement involved should all be photographed and also brought forth to justice for the obvious wrong doing against avery and dassy. My prayers for the Halbach family most Importantly.

Very disheartening! How can even the supreme court turn their cases down? Aren't they supposed to be the net that catches these injustices?

What an injustice! I can't believe the system has failed from the bottom courts all the way through the Supreme Courts, how does anyone trust the American justice system anymore.

This manitoc jail, part of the people working there are complete idiots for staying on their jails side, they have to start thinking of how this man is innocent and instead of going against him they should just help him!! They need new serious people working at the manitowok jail!

I truly believe and know that Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are innocent individuals who were so wrongfully accused and framed by disgusting human beings. My heart goes out to these Steven, Brendan and all of their family and friends. Everyone should watch the netflix documentary and see just how rigged the justice/court system is. I hope that Steven and Brendan are freed and justice is served. They don't deserve at all to be there and it makes me so sad and hurt to see their lives being taken away from them because they were accused of doing things they didn't even come close to doing and their is all the evidence in the world proving that! Why can't the court and jury see that…its so obvious that they are innocent. I could go on forever but I just want them to be free and happy and get everything that they missed out on and all those who did the wrong things to be punished for their crimes. Like Steven said, the truth will come out sooner or later…it always does.

I just watched the netflix documentary and was horrified how Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey's trials turned out, I truly believe these two men are innocent and deserve new trials. I believe the real murderer is still out there walking the streets as if nothing ever happened. The authorities need to get out there and track this person down and place him behind bars asap. He knows who he is and God knows who he is - find this person. Give Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey their freedom and leave them alone.
