Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Mary Klimesh, the only thing absurd is your ignorance. The facts are so glaringly obvious one can only conclude you lack the intelligence to understand the situation, much like Brendan Dassey. The sexting DA had more motive than anyone! He is a vile, disgusting, COWARD! He used his power to gain sexual favors from the abuse victims he was suppose to be protecting! He had access to her voicemail to delete messages, this is why the public has ZERO trust in the system. The Feds need to investigate the Wisconsin DOJ, there is no way this is the only case.

I'm outraged at the injustice I have come across in this case. These men deserve a new trial, the whole legal department involved in the corruption of this case deserve to be prosecuted for their blatant abuse of power.

I've just spent 10 hours glued to the spot, watching this with sadness and disbelief at such injustice. I hope that Steve Avery and Brendan Dassey get another chance to prove their innocene and the true justice they both deserve.

This man is clearly innocent and something has to be done in order for people to start trusting our justice system again.

I don't have words for what I want to say but this kid was railroaded and he needs a new trial away from the county, with a new Judge. The injustice of this is mind-bending and frightening.

Black and white evidence is just there. You must be stupid enough to not find them innocent. Corruption! even the judge! and juries! disgusting! Give back their life!

Free the innocent, find the guilty, theres a murderer on the loose, whos looking for him/them? HOW CAN ANY GOOD COP THERE BE CONTENT WITH THAT? Are there any left????? Do work, seek justice! Terrifies me that the real killer is walking free. Just another ignored tragedy in all of this.

This is a travesty. I am horrified at the system, the corrupt nature of the force, as well as the lack of evidence. Clearly, these men need to be freed, the force needs to be help responsible for their actions, and the real murderer needs to be caught!

Please grant a new trial to Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey, both of who are innocent and suffered at the hands of an investigation and criminal trial that were nothing short of a heinous miscarriage of justice.

These two are evidence, what kind of fools does the legal system have employed in Wisconsin? It doesn't take a genius to see they were wrongfully convicted in the first place. This is heartbreaking for both the Avery's and Theresa.. and it's unfortunate that the real killers are still out there just because of a vendetta against an innocent man. Shame on them.
