Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

A lot of questions unanswered and suspicious circumstances. This was an appalling journey, and disgraceful misconduct. 'You can't always stick to protocol' WHAT IS IT FOR THEN?! They both deserve another chance, in a different STATE, with a different JUDGE and an unbiased non-local JURY.

Sadly I believe Mr. Avery is being put upon as a fall guy. Framed to keep from being paid. However, because Mr. Avery's children have missed out on him for those 18 years perhsps they can pursue action. Until then i do hope Scott Walker will make a noble action to give the people a chance to hear everything and have a new fair trial in a new venue. Come on guys. God will have final day of reckoning. Believe He will. Prayers for the victim so innocent - a beautiful woman whos life was cut short. She is with angels and God. Watching over all and keeping those innocent safe. Help us seek truth oh Lord. May God bless us all.

There needs to be a re-trial.

American injustice at a historic and reprehensible level. Both these men deserve a new trial. And those who framed them should never again be allowed to work in law enforcement.

I cannot find the words to describe how sad this conviction has made me. I honestly feel that the people that put Steven Avery away are a 100 times more dangerous to society than he is. First they let a rapist roam the streets to go on and commit another crime, then they let a murderer get away with it. All because they don't like someone! Power and a sense of justification are a dangerous combination.

Give him a fair trial! Horrible horrible uneducated bunch of people who should be professional you should all be stripped of your degrees & badges! You should be ashamed of yourselves ..NY will gladly take Steven Avery

This is a travesty of justice and the the whole state of Wisconsin is a joke!!!

I truly thought they were guilty until I watched the series. This is a horrible injustice.....something needs to be done. I have a child with comprehension issues that are similar to Dassey's. They took complete advantage of that child. It makes me sick.

Corrupt! Corrupt! Corrupt!

Steven Avery and his nephew have suffered a terrible miscarriage of justice, not just by the State of Wisconsin who was so quick to characterize him as a monster but by the community of his peers that should have given him the benefit of the doubt. This is a family that was cast aside by those who thought that they were better - they were persecuted first by their own relatives, then the State, then the press and the people at large. Steven's mistake, to brandish a weapon at a cousin after running her off the road, a woman he felt was ruining his reputation, has been continually repeated by the State of Wisconsin, not just in its false prosecutions and its false imprisonment of Steven Avery, but also in its refusal to hear his appeals. This chauvinism and ego, so understandable for a young man such as Steven was, is incomprehensible on the scale we have seen in the halls of justice in Wisconsin and yet there it is plain for all reasonable people to see. By condemning Steven they condemn themselves. Releasing Steven and reopening the case of Theresa Halbach's murder is the only remedy. Also necessary is a federal investigation into all present and past actions of those officers in Wisconsin who may have perverted the course of justice by planting evidence, coercing confessions, and denying motions. Theresa Halbach deserves a better investigation into her death. Steven deserves to be released. But the question remains, how can we as a society deserve a better justice system when we don't do justice to our peers, to our relatives, and to ourselves?

This is horrific. Justice needs to be given to this young man NOW! No evidence was found anywhere from this young man.

They were treated unfairly they need a new trial!!! I think they're innocent!!!

I was completely outraged at the blatant police corruption and incompetence of the court in regards to the investigation and trials of Steven and Brendan. There needs to be an investigation into the total lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity of the entire Wisconsin justice system and Steven and Brendan need to be released immediately.

Wow this whole thing makes me sick. I literally cried while watching them interrogate Brendan Dassey. This poor KID just thought he couldn't leave tell he gave them what they wanted. He didn't know at anytime he could of decided to leave, or could of called an attorney, or asked for his mother to be present. I am a student studying psychology and the tactic police use is horrible. But its is even worse that they used it on a slow child. This interrogation was about the same as The Interrogation of Micheal Crowe. The same situation where police made a child feel like they could not leave until they got the answer THEY (the police) wanted. It disturbing to see this happen and to believe a jury would watch this and think it was okay but let alone believe his statement. You can tell he was pushed for it. Another thing that bothered me was the attorney asking Brendan Dassey where he made up this story from... Really i could name you at least 10 movies that have rap scene in them. The last house on the left, I spit on your grave, Eye for an Eye, etc. Also this is a teenage boy we are talking about. You go to any porn site and i will bet you within 10 of the first video you can look up one of them the story line is a older women or man teaching or seducing a younger women or man. Also they are many of disturbing porn video with rap like themes. Lots of people are into that, but this attorney acted like stuff like this has never been seen of, or heard of, or read about. UMM turn on the news guy, stuff like that happens everyday around the world but let alone much of our entertainment like movies and book contain stories like Brendan. First thing first is the county of Manitowoc need to be investigated and surrounding areas. Also the Jury part of these trails should be ashamed of themselves. I could tell by looking at the blood smear in the car that it was put there by a q-tip or something and did not look like a common blood spatter mark. If it was Steven Avery then h

This is wrong on so many levels. This man, his family, this country deserves justice!

This whole trial was a joke. I couldn't get over that there was such a lack of evidence and still got convicted. No blood trail? Come on. They tore up the floor of the garage and still couldn't find blood evidence to support their theory. They both got railroaded and deserve a new and fair trial.

All of manitowoc's sheriff's department AND their DA should be removed from the criminal "justice" system forever. What a sickening disgrace.

The conviction of Steven Avery and his nephew is a pure joke. I can not believe what I have just viewed in the associated documentary series. I believe the truth will come out and it will not be good. They deserve to be set free.
