Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Just awful that young boy was railroaded he should be free with Steven it's just disgusting . I have seen better interigations by real detectives on forensic files. My heart goes out to Brendon it makes me cry!

You need to free this man. He has done time for not ONE crime he didn't commit, but TWO crimes! Free Steven Avery and Brenden Dassey!

Outraged at such injustice and incompetent police, judge and procescutor ! Land of the free? Home of the brave? Hardly in this case.

wrongful conviction. immoral and unjust government officials from the cops to the DA to the judge. do they even understand the severity of what they have done to the Averys and the possibility of the true culprit of the crime being free. They never even questioned her ex boyfriend for an alibi. how is that possible in any homicide investigation no matter who or where you are? They smeared the Averys name with guilty all over it before they had any facts. Horrifying how the justice system failed Steven Avery twice and still wont seek to make things right. At the least offer him a fair trial and look into the law officials handling his case. For a judge to turn their cheek to such corruption is absolutely deplorable. Free Avery and Dassey!

This is one of the saddest stories I have heard! The police are so corrupt and the reason the court convicted him is because there is no consistentcy in the justice system and the judge favored the police. Both Brendan me Steven are clearly innocent! I feel so sorry for them both and hope they are released asap but what they have been put through is truly heartbreaking!

Please free these men. We are all at jeopardy if police and elected officials do not work with integrity, honesty, discretion, and follow a higher standard of protocol than what was demonstrated before and during this trial. I believe they are both innocent and I believe we always deserve a fair trial even if we aren't liked. Lets have leaders in place that prosecute for the truth, not for a win or a re-election. Ego has no place in the courtroom or during an investigation. Look, listen, and report objectively... Period.

Saw the Netflix series. We have such a broken system. No evidence of Dassey being on the property during that time whatsoever. He obviously had a lower IQ than most and was taken advantage of because of it. Nearly every evidence the police found had some controversy surrounding it.

Justice system is a dog and pony show. If you are arrested or accused of a crime. You will almost certainly get convicted of it now mater how innocent your are. Thats the way its set up. The odds are STACKED way against those who are supposedly innocent until proven guilty.

I really want to show my support for Brendan! I could not imagine anything like that happening to somebody in my country or our justice system! This is unbelievable and unbearable for me to read and watch. How can the US justice system fail like that!
