Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Appalling miscarriage of justice!

Free steven avery and lock up these corrupt officers and prosecutors. They are supposed to protect and serve, yet they are screwing people over.

by now I don't even trust the Wisconsin Supreme Court. I believe ALL the evidence was contaminated, the RVA4, the woman who found it, the blood evidence, the bullet...what they did to Brendan makes me want to cry - the whole thing makes me want to cry- the murderer is still out there- there was never any investigation, just continuous manipulation by the sheriff to bring the conviction. I wonder if the case would ever have made it to court in an honest jurisdiction? If nothing else will keep me on the 'straight and narrow' the total fear of every encountering the legal system with crooked lawyers, biased judges, and a jury of my peers. God forbid.

I cant believe they have sent two Innocent people to prison

It's an outrage how Brendan was treated during his trial he deserves a new trial

Obviously thetmy did not do this. He was framed.

This is a case of injustice from day one where even Judge Willis is bias & crooked! It is your DUTY to look into this case!

It's bad enough that Avery got locked up again. Poor Brendan Dassey, my heart breaks for him.

This is the most disgusting miscarriage of justice I have ever seen. And that's coming from a Liverpool FC supporter who witnessed the same sort of cover up over Hillsborough

Please give him justice and set him free.

Steven Avery is innocent! This was a set up by the Manitowoc county police.

Judge and DA are disgusting.

This was the most evil thing i ever saw. This child was forced to confess and told what to say on film.

If there is such good non circumstantial evidence the courts should have no problem allowing these 2 individuals a fair trial. Putting someone in prison for life should not be ok based on that fiasco of a trial that was conducted.

So glad I live in England - this kind of corruption and injustice doesn't happen here! America needs to look at what they are doing and really question themselves. I wish you guys all the luck in the world - I believe you are both innocent and I feel like this needs to come to light and hopefully more people will start to sit up and look at whats happening, So many years lost - such a shame! If I were on that jury I would have gone 12 angry men on them - there was reasonable doubt and the way it was all investigated was wrong! Sometimes Jury members can be so biased and stupid when it comes to making a decision - yes it would have been controversial if they were found not guilty but it also would have been right.

Give these guys what they deserve, their freedom. Someone needs to investigate the Sherrifs department

They are both innocent and the people in the justice system that put them there should be held accountable!

I personal believe that this NEEDS to be looked at by someone without bias, and I know a new trial is our only hope at justice. This is not why we made our laws those police officers used the law for their own desires. This is America and I can't imagine an America where this can just happen. Please reconsider and give these man a fair trial free from prejudgements and without the use of illegal scare tatics. You must see the error of the courts!!!
