The little faith I had left in the judicial system has been 100% crushed.

Free them both! What a sad display of our justice system. They both deserve at minimum a retrial.

Steven Avery and Brandon Dassey are clearly innocent in the murder of Teresa Halback and deserve a new trial far away from corrupt Manitowoc. Please make this happen!

The abuse of an intellectually challenged minor by authorities and even his own attorney, evidence tampering, the 8 day take-over of the Avery property during which all the questionable evidence could have been created and/or planted, an uncrushed car (??) in which the only "evidence" was oddly placed blood smears but no fingerprints to coincide with a vial of Avery's blood punctured while being held as evidence after his FIRST corrupt and wrongful conviction...and on and on it goes. At this point the evidence points more toward a conspiracy headed by one too powerful man with an unreasoning hatred for Mr. Avery. One who heads the powers that be in Manitowoc County. He/they had several million motives...and justice was the last thing on their minds.

Since my discovery of this case, I have been deeply saddened by the corruption, lies, and selfishness the court ALLOWED in the case against Steve and Brendan. Regardless if the murder was committed by these awful, soulless officers, they still went far and beyond to incriminate Steven and Brendan. How can this outrageous group have no conscience? How can they willfully throw two lives away? These people think they are so much better than the Avery family. I am astounded as to how they were convicted without an ounce of reasonable doubt. There's so much doubt in this case, it shouldn't have even gone to trial. It's unfair to completely dismiss Steven's 1985 rape charge which ended up being A WRONGFUL CONVICTION. The officers involved had more motive to frame Steven (and unfortunately, his nephew who was coerced into this mess) than Steven had to ALLEGEDLY kill Teresa. And not to mention, the jury were biased from the start. The media didn't help. No one bats an eye at an officer, because they're all perfect apparently. We are all human. With the drive, anyone can commit a crime. I can tell you this though, Steven and Brendan are more innocent than the idiots who put them away. Every single one of them is an abomination to the justice system.

Something needs to be done! There were so many mistakes made by the state, so many flaws, and worst of all conflict of interest!

What a corrupt state. These scum are what give the good law enforcement a bad name in our country. These men deserve a fair trial or it just be thrown out and Theresa family deserves to learn the truth and find the real murderers. The police, judges and all corrupt officials in this case need to be sitting behind bars. I hope the truth comes out and Steven and Brendan own Wisconsin.

Free Steve and Brendan now - no new trial - they have suffered enough. Based on the tainted evidence there is no real evidence linking either Steve or Brendan to the murder. They should not have been charged in the first place.

Steven Avery is the victim of a corrupt justice system. I believe after watching the documentary Making a Murderer that the evidence proving his innocence speaks for itself. This story is very important to all of us as Americans.
