These 2 were railroaded. Never had a chance. Just about everyone involved in the arrest and prosecution from the lowest to the highest is corrupt. I will definitely go right pass Manitowoc and Calumet counties in my vacation travels for fear of my violation of rights. The country or maybe the world will be watching to see the outcome of this shame in a supposed righteous country.

This is not only for wrongfully accused Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery but to find the truth and the actual killer who murdered poor Teresa Halbach. May her soul rest in peace.

In the case of Steven Avery & Brendan Dassey it is obvious that they were never given a fair trial and if you look at the despicable tactics that were used to coerce a 16 year old kid into a false confession you would believe that both of these people deserve a fair retrial at a new venue that sould also include a different judge to oversee the case to insure that there is not any bias towards the deffendents in this case. The justice system has failed all parties in this case which includes failing to give true justice to the victom & her family by not pursuing any other possible leads of other possible suspects & risking leaving the person that did this crime on the streets putting other woman and U.S. Citizens at risk for the second time. Please note that the first time they put Steven Avery in jail for 18 years they did not pursue any other suspects & as a result they left the real suspect on the streets which resulted in more woman being attacted . Also please keep in mind that Brendan Dassey was a 16 year old kid with an IQ of only about 73 & the social skills of a fourth grader & was repeatedly interrogated without representation & without his parents in the room with him. No kid should suffer for over 40 years in prison for a crime that he didn't do & not one peace of evidence places this kid at the scene of the crime.

This has made me physically ill and I'm not unique in that regard. The injustice is disgusting. I feel like I'll be sitting in that jail cell with him until he is free. This is why I dropped out of law school. There's too much room for shady dealings and it takes way too long just to do what's right. If I had really understood how corrupt it can get I would have left sooner.

CANNOT believe that with all the evidence that was missrepresented and the gross injustice of this case these two men are innocent! the fact that our system is this biassed and wont even look into what happened to right this wrong disturbs me very much! shame on you Wisconsin, every judge, investigator, interrogator, and lawyer in this case needs to do some hard time! the judges are just as disgusting as the others they NEVER considered that they could be innocent or even NEEDED to be PROVEN guilty which they were NOT! I'm heart broken and so disgusted with this whole thing FREE THEM BOTH NOW!!!

I watched this entire story from beginning to end on one of my days off. I can't express to you how horrible this case made me feel. I am truly heartbroken and feel completely let down by our entire justice system. How could people who have obtained Bachelors, Masters, Doctoral degrees be so incompetent as to not see the complete injustice and prejudice when it came to the trials of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. My heart goes out to them and once I finish writing this, I will too write to them individually. I want them to know that hope is not lost and that they do have people in the outside world who are praying and hoping that this wrong be made right.

Wisconsin is a state I could never think of relocating to nor even visiting because of the horrible politicians and law enforcement that are Facists in their own right. A new trial should be granted and granted immediately. Justice should be served.

Please allow for a new trial in each Dassey case. The evidence shows that these two men were set up. Wisconsin, it's time to investigate the police force in Manitowoc. It's time that justice is really served. Free the Dassey's and find Theresa's killer!

This is outrageous. Just watching the footage of the detectives interogating Brendan Dassey was sickening. Anyone with minor inteligence could tell that he had no clue as to what he was talking about and they were feeding him the information. This is a travesty.

This is organized crime in disguise of a "justice system". They are worse than the mafia because at least no one believed that the mafia extended justice to the public. The judge helped perpetuate the lies, for what reason I do not know. Was he jealous of Steven Avery's chance at a large settlement? I'm sure he would never accept going to live in jail for 18 years or longer. Too many people in law enforcement with big egos thinking they are such hotshots they only point heavily at people in the public sector while touting how they can do no wrong and yet they wrong so many people (as pointed out by the news.)
