Avery and Dassey deserve a new trial, and the Manitowoc Sheriff's department should be investigated.

Where is all the blood. Why did the key only have Avery's DNA, how did the officer call in a plate number two days before the car was found. why was the same officer at the site when the bullet and key were found after extensive searches. I don't understand how you can convict Steven and Brendan with the evidence that can all be disputed. I'm not sure if they are guilty or not, but if I was a juror based on the evidence that I saw on TV I would have to acquit both of them.

This sheriffs office should have never been able to investigate this case. It has so tainted this verdict, the evidence cannot be trusted!

As an American I am frightened that our justice system has shown to be failing on an anormous level by this case.

How sad that it was so easy for a man's life to be destroyed, even with the sheer incompatense of the police and prosecution to convict him.

Steven Avery's case is a tragic example of how our justice system fails us if we do not possess power or influence. We can't let this be an example of how we handle police incompetence. Every American has the right to a fair trial in front of an impartial group of jurors. Neither Steven Avery nor his nephew were robbed of this constitutional right. We need to set this straight and do the right thing!

Whether or not you find this story as horrific as it is, it would insane to claim that there is no reasonable doubt.

I truly believe Steven Avery is innocent. How can 7 jurors initially vote he was innocent and then get a guilty verdict? Where is all the blood? Why was no one else investigated? There are so many questions. The Avery attorneys were so intelligent and showed that the evidence just wasn't there against Steven Avery.

I believe that Brendan Dassey never received a fair trial and that his constitutional rights were violated in the investigation and following trial. If Brendan Dassey's confession is found to be coerced then it substantially deflates many of the claims presented in the trial of Steven Avery. I am not petitioning to free either of them, but for them to receive the fair trail that these men deserve, so that all the information that has been collected over the years and new arguments may be presented. The court of appeals is made to ensure justice is adequately administered and the innocent people aren't incarcerated for a crime they didn't commit, and this check on the justice system hasn't been applied to these two men for this case.

Innocent until proven guilty? Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? I don't think so.

I am outraged at the injustices shown by law enforcement and the courts in this case! How is this allowed? This needs to be fixed!
