shocking. I am so upset for Steven and Brendan. Such corruption. They deserve to be freed. Those jurors need to explain on what basis they came to the it conclusion. The judges also took no notice of any of the flaws in evidence. Crazy, shocking story

I find how his case was handled completely sickening. There are so many glaring misconducts by the police and prosecution it boggles my mind that this petition is even needed.

What does it take to just hear the evidence again with an unfathomable number of loopholes in the investigation? The people of Wisconsin should be more in fear of the question of whether or not a killer is on the loose than what might happen if a second trial was granted.

Circumstantial evidence, improper interrogation of a "disabled" minor, and public perception due to police and prosecution false media statements, at minimum, justify a retrial

DO something about the circus that this trial was...re-try this case fairly and without agenda or bias...at the very least. Ms. Halbach and her family deserve peace---and that will never happen if questions remain regarding the investigation and subsequent trial of Mr. Avery and Mr. Dassey.

I am signing this petition as I do not feel that Steven Avery received a fair and adequate trial. This needs to be revisited and a full investigation into the Manitowoc sheriff's department in their involvement and role with this case.
