JUSTICE SHOULD BE SERVED ! Shame to the American justice system

I believe that the justice system has the capability of being corrupt, I think that if the officers in Mantowoc County were so bent on Charging him for the 1985 rape, and failed I find it highly possible that they would use the 1985 case as a learning tool, they have one piece of bullet fragment with DNA of the killed woman... One spec of DNA in this so called bloody horrific crime committed on his property! And seriously, the Averys didn't live in filth but there was a lot of "clutter" around the property... Instead of cleaning up all of the DNA I think that he would have, if he burned her body, phone, and Camera, that he would have burnt the other evidence that had her DNA and not "scrubbed, and cleaned" it away. Furthermore, there is a crusher on the property... Really? And the car Key. I doubt that anyone, would be smart enough to burn all of the evidence, but leave the vehicle and key. This is the doings of someone who wanted just enough evidence to convict Avery! FREE AVERY AND DASSEY! Give them their freedom! Just because the did not fit into the community the way society expected them to is no reason to treat them this way! So many inconsistencies in both cases. This is truly sad... I am sad that this is what Amerca is coming to. I understand in 1985 the lack of technology, but there was another potential person that had a criminal history, and was not even looked at! This is just so infuriating! This situation now, have they done a polygraph, I know it is not admissible but still, have they riuled out the option that perhap Chuck was involved, did they research more into the issue of who erased her messages and why? In the Justin Ross Harris case they were able to retrieve erased data off of The cell phone and computers... Can that be done. This case? Whose fingerprints were found in the Rav 4 since they didn't find Averys but they found His blood...? So much corruption, so many flaws and inconsistencies. This is the most unjust Justice system I have every

They deserve a new trial it's clear that something wrong... Again.

These two need a new trial far away from this corrupt county.

I work in the court system and see the "buddy buddy" system regularly. If they are confident he's guilty, then in order to clear all the participants in the prosecution of being corrupt, you would think that they would welcome a new trial. The way it stands now, they all look guilty, incompetent, and utterly ridiculous. Especially the Judge, whom you would hope, because of his high, powerful position, would somehow be above all the prejudice. You cannot believe that all of these people cannot see the wrongs that were done to these two defendants, and that a new trial should have been granted. I would love to know the statistics on appeals being awarded with much less disturbing evidence against the prosecution's participants.

There is a killer running free!

There was sufficient reasonable doubt in the Avery and Dassey cases. it is absurd that they are not granted new trials.

God bless us because this case shows just how vulnerable we all are to small town gossip and perceived class status amongst our peers. Scarry.

My beyond a reasonable doubt is NOT satisfied. Neither is the 300,000 people who have signed petitions in Avery/dassey favor.

This is so wrong, my heart goes out to Brendan. He needs to be exonerated
