Just finished watching making a murderer, shocking how corrupt the justice system can be, I will be donating towards Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey to help them get the justice they deserve, Best of look to them both.

If this pitetion dont pass there should be petitions for the officials to have there positions removed and restitution for years of lack of them doing there job to all families affected by there bogus sentencing

This wasn't fair solely on 2 facts. The Manitowoc police Department said that they were stepping out of this because they knew that if they were in it it would look very bad/shady due to the lawsuit they were in for wrongfully accusing Steven. Well they were right. 100% of the evidence was found by them after they excused themselves. Also the prosecution ending argument was that Teresa was killed in the garage. Then turns around and puts Brendan in jail and says that she was killed in the bedroom. They were after him to go to jail and not after the truth.

This case is an abomination. The evidence clearly does not point to Steven. What evidence they do have is clearly planted. It is unbelievable that a jury goes in with 7 people thinking innocent then they all change their minds. There was clearly manipulation among the juniors also. If this case is not take to the Supreme Court I will lose all faith in the justice system. Meanwhile there is a killer out there who killed that young lady.

Steven and Brendan deserve another trial. This was a " witch hunt " rife with corruption, manipulation and bias by local law enforcement and their crony judicial system.

Steven Avery and his nephew must have another trial. it is obvious that a number of jurors felt pressured to find him guilty. they would have been targets of the community if they had found him innocent. he needs to be retried where fear and intimidation does not effect the jury. it is obscene as to the amount of evidence that was planted and didn't exist. I am willing to accept a guilty verdict from an "impartial" jury but you would have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to see that the evidence is that which the cops that arrested him planted and the lies of the prosecution in all interviews both then and now.

Without a doubt in my mind, given the evidence presented to to me about Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey cases, these two deserve a re-trial, at the last, if not a exoneration. Start living up to the laws you swore to uphold, and right and unjust act of cruelness and greed.

This just shows the problems and corruptions with our justice system. As an attorney I have seen this too many times. This is the worst one yet. So sad.

In our justice system, the defense is only supposed to have to provide reasonable doubt. This case is fraught with doubt at every turn. There couldn't be any more doubt. Sgt. Lenz should be in prison.
