Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Give them a fair trial away from Wisconsin

Steven & Brendan deserve to have their convictions over turned. A gross miscarriage of justice was again brought against this man and now his nephew. The jury was biased, as was the judge. The legal system has failed again! Where is the DNA in bedroom? Biologic fluids? No blood after having her throat slit, then shot? RIDICULOUS! Steven Avery as already given up too much of his life simply because he was from the wrong side of the tracks.

They deserve/deserved a fair trial. We're not asking for them to be freed, we're asking for them to have the opportunity to defend themselves justly and lawfully, with all of the evidence included and all prejudice set aside.

Please see the true injustice they were given and free these two innocent men. Haven't they suffered enough??

I can not believe there are so many people involved in forcing the demise of Steven in this way, they wanted him out the way its obvious. I worry about who it may have been who killed the girl, if its the collaboration I think it is then that is the real reason it will never again go to trial.

Give the men a retrial !!!

Well I have never seen such more a farce than this in my life the corruption running from judges to the ones with the badges..the ppl who are ment to save lives are destroying them ..release them both then put the real guilty in jail...

My expressions exactly as I watched the Netflix series #MakingaMurderer Its really difficult to watch how the justice system failed these two young men. It's a heartbreaking unfortunate reality. I was appalled by the corruption of the justice system. I am a strong proponent of making criminals pay, but believe everyone deserves a fair shot. Even without any commentary, you can see how rigged things were in Brendan's confession. Add that to the lack of any physical evidence except for keys that were found in plain sight on the 8th search, and you have a blatant example of a justice system that has gone bad. I watched the Make a Murderer and found that he is innocent after watching the TV Serial. The Supreme Court of Wisconsin should revisit this case.

Something needs to be done! This is horrible and the truth will come out.

Please right this wrong. This is an outrage, watching this series made we question the integrity of the Wisconsin judicial system. How can you sit back and allow this to go on and not do anything about it. This is clearly about the money owed to Steve Avery and the townships inability to pay the lawsuit. I ask that you look over the evidence and questionable methods used in finding this evidence and right this wrong. Steven was not given a fair trial, where was the presumption of innocence for both Steven Avery and Brandon Dassey. How can you allow a 16 year old boy who clearly has a cognitive disorder and told the police what they wanted to hear so that he could go home and complete his school work, do life in prison. As a parent this makes me so angry. This could be anyone's son. I have lost all respect for the police and our judicial system here in the US. Citizens beware DO not go to Wisonsin God knows what will happen to you if something as simple as a tail light is out while going through this section of the country.

Steven avery is innocent, but BRANDEN DASSEY is so outrageously innocent, how you could even deny a new trail is inhumane and revolting as a human being. I don't know what went on and what police involvement there was in this case to set up Steven avery but to harpoon his 16 year old newphew in is just out right evil. This poor boy half his life already taken he was in school with friends and now what sitting In jail for being a scared little boy. Evil

He is far from the only one that this sort of thing is happening to.
