Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

The Justice System of Wisconsin is on stage for the world. Continued denial to the right for fair and impartial legal process only deteriorates the fabric of our nation. I personally will not buy anything from Wisconsin until this is resolved.

Deserves a retrial.. Maybe he did it but maybe he didn't. The evidence supposedly proving his guilt seems shady

They deserve a new trial. In a far away county, like Michael Jackson did. We can't let these backwood politicians get away with this.....

Its blatantly obvious this man has been railroaded by the local law enforcement, too many inconsistencies, too many mistakes that cannot be answered for by law enforcement. This man is doing the time for someone else's crime, but GOD KNOWS and he will deal with every one of these monsters that have ruined this mans life. Bless you Avery family!

These men are innocent and I believe they were framed by the police. They deserve if not pardoned defiantly a new trial to prove their innocence and far away from wisconsin!! Absolutely terrible what Steven has gone through and Brendan the law failed these in a big way!! Ireland are behind them!!! Good luck to you both!!

There's more evidence to me to prove him not guilty. The police department framed him after being looked like fools for locking this man for many years then finding out it wasn't him. Where's the justice this man deserves???

Sick is the only word that comes to my mind. I'm heartbroken by what Steven and his family have been put through. I can't even begin to comprehend how many sleepless scared nights they've had. Playing God with someone's life!? What the FUCK gives them the right to play God!? Just to cover up their own mistakes and sweep it under the carpet... Hopefully they'll realise that it's not that simple and I hope this does not go away until Steven is free and they're behind bars. Truth will always come out on top and I believe by the power of the Internet this will come to light.

The catastrophic failings in the US Justice system is clearly evident in the trials of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. The two faces trial with their jurors having largely concluded that they were both guilty. The evidence brought against both was flawed and by no means concrete to sentence Avery and Dassey to life in prison. A re-trial is what they deserve.

Please hear a new trial. This story is very sad.

It is unbelievable that a court wouldn't hear an appeal!

For any justice system to grow in the correct manner it should, this action should be part of its foundation. I have no opinion on Mr Avery's innocence, just a desire to see errors set right in world view.

These are by far the saddest cases I have ever witnessed and the worst display of the justice system tragically failing not only one but two lives - one of those lives for a second time! There was absolutely NO credible substantial evidence to rightfully convict either of these men of these heinous crimes. It is utterly disgusting the way the Wisconsin justice system intentionally and without remorse coerced and ruined a young man's life. If ANY of these disgusting allegations are remotely true why were they unable to recover ounces upon ounces of the victims blood on the Avery premises - specifically Steve Avery's room and garage where it is alleged this brutal crime took place? There is NO WAY, with the sophistication of the testing that was present during the time when Steve Avery's home and garage was completely turned upside down and concrete literally destroyed, could that amount of blood been missed! I for one understand the seriousness of wanting justice served for the lost of a loved one due to murder as my brother was a victim of a violent crime and I have sympathy for the Halbach family. However, in these cases justice WAS NOT served. Steve Avery and Brendan Dassey were NOT treated fairly in the investigation and DID NOT receive a fair trial! They both deserve new trials with no one originally involved in these cases allowed anywhere in the precedings. Furthermore, Kratz has proved himself to be one of the most disgusting human beings I have ever seen. God bless the souls of Steve Avery and Brendan Dassey... I stand with all the others pleading for their innocence and pray for justice for these men!
