As much as I respect and applaud the work that The Lobster Hatchery carries out, I cannot see the sense in ruining such a beautiful area, and one full of various kinds of fauna, insects and animal.

this is the worst idea ever! Not only are they building and wrecking all our inland areas they now want to ruin our coastline as well!

For many people in Padstow and the surrounding areas, this is a place to escape and enjoy the untainted Cornish landscape. Instead of improving the coastline, I believe this would actually blemish it.

I, the undersigned, strongly object to the proposed building (Application PA 15/06153) of a lobster hatchery that would have an irreversible and devastating effect on this wonderful, un-spoilt and unique Cornish landscape.

I think it would be a real shame to have any building at stepper point, no matter how good the intentions are. It is opening the headland up to more development, I.e If an extension is later required, car parking, 'street lighting' access roads or changing the building to the visitor centre at a later date, these are not unrealistic assumptions. The design is well thought out but it will be visible from the coast path and the water, I don't personally want to see a shed and cars parked on our beautiful headland when out enjoying the coast.

This is one of the most beautiful headlands in Cornwall . It would be a travesty to site anything here, let alone a commercial lobster hatchery
