Stephen Harper's arrogant and obsessive determination to bring the oppostion parties to their knees at the expense of the Nation's business in a time of international crisis clearly demonstrates that he is not the head of state for these tumultuous times.A prime minister needs to be above malice and pettiness and has to demonstrate a capacity to work with all kinds of people whose views differ substantively. For Canada's sake, he needs to resign.
