Stephanie is finally heading back to the broadcast booth where she belongs. Seeing this change happen feels like a massive weight has been lifted because she truly is the heart of the parade. Thank you for sticking with me until we saw this through.
Since 1978 Stephanie Edwards co-hosted the Tournament of Roses Parade on KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles. In 2006, Ms. Edwards was removed from the broadcast booth and made to be a roving reporter, on the street, in the rain.
Ms. Edwards is consumate professional broadcaster who is very popular with the viewers. We are urging KTLA and their parent company Tribune Broadcasting to return Ms. Edwards to the broadcast booth as a full co-host in 2008.
Watching the count rise reminds me how much this community misses the dignity Stephanie brought to our New Year mornings. We need a final surge to hit two hundred fifty names before I present these signatures to the station management.

Seeing one hundred people agree that Stephanie belongs back in the booth makes me feel like we have a real path forward. I grew up watching her every New Year morning and it means the world to see so many others who share that same respect for her legacy.

I been watching her for years and it was so rude how they treated her. She has the best voice for the roses parade.

The parade is just not the same without her. She is a total pro and brings so much class to the broadcast. Bring her back to the booth where she belongs!

Bring her back indoors. She deserves better than being stuck on the street.
