Norwood Junction Station in South London is a busy train station servicing London (London Bridge and London Victoria) and the South East with 30 trains an hour servicing the station. Of the 5 platforms, only one has step-free access. This is not good enough. For the number of wheelchair users, pram and buggy users and those with limited mobility this makes travel very difficult from this station.
