When visiting my relative on a lovely day we have to stay indoors due to the stench outside and you can still smell it inside the bungalow!! SWW we are in 2017 where modern technology is the key to success!!! Perhaps you are still using hand pumps and your executives are living wealthy lives!!! Get a grip! This stench has been going on for years, i.e. I was in my teens when the stench hit St Erth or even before that...I am now in my 50's....still no change. I am sure you will do something about it if people refused to pay their water bills!!!

The smell can be disgusting and that is simply unacceptable. A company as large as SWW should be ashamed of how it's treating nearby residents/ customers.

I drove across the by pass from Hayle to Penzance last week, and the stench is horrendous, even with the windows closed I could still smell it. It is disgusting and should have been sorted years ago. It is affecting businesses and homes in the area.

I was in st earth when this was built and the smell was disgusting then .cant believe it's still going on . Something got to be done.

A decades old problem . If I only had a pound for every complaint that I've made over the many years of abuse at the hands of SWW I'd be a very rich man.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I do think that it's high time that St Erth P.C took a much more adversarial stance in their dealings with those dishonest and manipulative rogues at SWW
