Very true. I am tired of hearing the "can't afford it" excuse. Funny how many still have a cell phone, cable tv or satellite, cigs and booze, go out to restaurants but "can't afford" to be a responsible pet owner.

A shelter/rescue is needed. Considering all the cats/dogs that are abandoned, this is needed in all communities. We, as humans, must speak for those who cannot. It is not fair or right that these innocent animals are suffering because of some human beings irresponsibility and inhumanity. How would we feel if we were in these animals situation, no home, out in the cold where no one cares for you????? I thank all the good people out there who do help all these animals to the best of their ability.

For dogs and cats and other animals needing rescuing. So many fosters out there already and it's not enough. People don't always know where to turn or who to call. This gives you that option
