It's not hard to keep that area clean. You bring it with you, you take it back with with.

I want to make metal stands for rakes, several stations with a trash can so people clean up.

Please do not close due to trash. We can organize a clean up day and enforcing the littering laws will greatly help. Areas like this are few and far between.
