We have password reset issue : after password reset the old steam users (mostly they have an email adress in their account name ) you getting an email verification code . If you use that code you getting the massage " Incorrect "
I'm like a long time steam costumer from the time when team launched . Spent great amount of money to buy games and items thru the steam client .
STEAM SUPPORT / Valve corporation THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !
You should at least inform people whats going on ! Write a bug statement on the site to inform poor people they stucked out !!! Some people waiting more than 8 Weeks for the ticket answer !!! are you serious ?!! thats a SHAME !
I challenge with this petition the steam / valve corporation CEO to answer for the people how this can happen they don't care about their (11 year) cotsumers and the people they pay with their hard earn money for their products?!
They don't even have phone number or any other way to reach them just support . Thats unprofessional from a company like that .
