Valve is gonna say its to protect from trade scams, while clearly having other selfserving agendas in the back of their minds, like less work for their support and of course keeping as much money as possible locked in steam wallets. Wich is ridiculous considering the high value of many items, though the value of items will likely collapse if this goes through. So.. NO NO NO to this, just NO!
