Signing petition because in my country, mobile phone theft is more common than selling bread in a bakery, then the person would lose the device and the application in it. Not to mention that there is no Steam Mobile on Windows Phone.

I'm usually in support of extra safety measures in regards to trading, but a safeguard that locks out anyone who doesn't own a smartphone with WIFI? I can't stand for that.

Plz dont Do that, I dont have an smarthphone(i have a old one.. not even android.. iOS.. whatever).. and that would ruin csgo betting / trading.. make skins value more cheap, what means Even less money for u VALVE. If u love Csgo and all other games with inventory to trades.. dont do that . plz
