As an avid trader, I can confidently say this will destroy the trading economies of many steam games from TF2 to CS:GO. This is not the correct way to handle any problems

Why is this Escrow thing even a thing? Valve has made some stupid decisions and ideas, but this....WTF Valve? And I thought the "Pay for Skyrim Mods" thing was bad.
