Not possible to exchange holliday cards, beeing unable to trade in general and completely shutdown from the trading comunity and all steam trading related sites/groups. That is pathetic and they'd better find a real way to protect us ( instead of restricting/ limit us )
No more excuses and no more conditions such as They won't protect our items if we don't agree to that.
Please offer a better service for your users that helped you develop Steam and that fill money in your pockets on a daily basis.
You have millions of dollars. Invest them and find a better way to protect us. You don't have enough staff or you don't want to pay and hire more people? So you don't want to bother and you use excuses that you won't protect our items?

Valve needs to smarten up. This is a classic case of "giving the class detention cause one student is an ass", only on a much bigger scale. 20 annoyed students may be easy to deal with, but you just pissed off a few million people. Not a good idea.
