I don't agree with that policy. I don't concider smartphone a safe device and that's why I am not using one and I am against forcing users to use them

While I appreciate Valve's desire to make trading safe and secure for all of it's users, not all users have, can afford, or want a smart phone. To make even the simplest trades require the use of a mobile app puts Steam Trading out of reach of a lot of users.
