Valve no offense but this blows. What about people like me who don't have phones? You can't expect all teenagers to have phones.

I don't think that for trading to be a thing, we would also need a confirmation phone number, in fact, you would be surprised about how many people in the tf2 community don't have a device capable of doing this.

Although Valve may have good intentions, this isn't what we need.

This will make trading more difficult especially for people who don't own smartphones that don't support the Steam App or own no smartphone at all.

This update sucks Valve, I don't have a phone anymore and because of that, you're not going to let me trade for at least a day for every trade. All I do on TF2 right now is trade, currently I've been making about 6 trades a day, but not anymore, because you're making an update that is unnecessary, and over dramatic. Because if you think about it, what will this do to stop hackers stealing your items or games? Make them wait another day? Come on guys; Steam used to be great.

this is really disrupting the community, if this happens it'll be nearly impossible to trade. Pls get valve to stop making trading harder, they have already made the email confirmation to slow it down :(

I don't have a android, so does that mean this hobby I have had for over a year will now be inaccessible to me?
