The actual Escrow hurts almost as much as Valve thinking that we need such a 'feature' to protect and completely destroy trading for those without a smartphone, simply because a few people complained about clicking a blatant phishing link.

I do in fact have Steam mobile but my phone is the problem. It cant run the current Steam mobile, plus I cannot text, aka I cant get the Auth code to start the program! Cant trade with my friends! Cant even use Scrap.TF or any other trading site! This is the worst thing Valve has ever done to us, the Steam trading commuity! Im ashamed Valve.

Really Steam? This isn't cool, Not only are you enraging most of the community, you're losing money by doing so. Not cool, just to prevent some whiney babies who got their items stolen/scammed. Just get better costumer support

I wonder what will be the next level of security? You need 3 different computer registrations with 6 code fragments to unlock your ability to trade?

I have the app enabled but still tells me that I haven't used it for 7 days or it's turned off. Steam can suck a large one
