Escrow is a terrible idea, I don't see how valve did not realize this.

valve has been progressively trying to kill off the volume of trades on steam with every new 'safety' measure. i'm not sure why. to force people to use the community market? to reduce strain on their overtaxed item servers (that keep going down at peak hours and make the trading experience slow and horrible?)
