NO. STEAM GUARD IS ALREADY MAKING MY TRADING HARD WHEN I RESTART MY COMPUTER. I do not wish for a posterior mouthed fool to put excrement on the trading system I use to scrap bank my items. I don't use a smartphone. I use a regular phone. This is like a monkey throwing its feces at someone for not owning a magic banana. You can't assume that everyone uses smartphones. I love scrap.tf. Its very impolite to just block off people who don't have smartphones to the simple luxury of trading. I hope that you are not in some deal with the smartphone companies to make trading hell for people who don't buy their products. I would be very disappointed if this "Escrow" feature ever was released. Why should an individual like I be forced to buy an unnecessary gadget like a smartphone to trade virtual items. Good day valve, you should really ask your customers before making a change that oppresses all who don't have a smartphone.
