What is on with this? Was this done to prevent hackers? Even if so people who hacked into your account could just download windows authenticator on THEIR PC and than login with the hacked details.... easy as that.......

We don't want to have our trades on hold for a a period time,at least don't make us to wait 7 days to do it without the trade hold.

This escrow is one of the stupidest thing I have come across on steam, first the steam email confirmations, and now forcing us to use the mobile authenticator to trade. I don't even own a smartphone god dammit!! Valve clearly does not care about us users, they need to be reminded that they only exist because we gamers exist. I have bought many games from steam store, but not anymore, I will stop buying games from the steam store, in fact I didn't spend a penny in this winter sale.
