as if the Email Confirmation wasn't enough, this is utter bogus. How on earth can valve honestly think this is a good idea? Not everyone owns a smartphone. Not everyone will want to own one just to participate in trading without waiting X amount of days just to trade a weapon or a hat. Valve, you seriously need to take a step back and check yourselves. You're doing something that will land your company name in the hall of infamy just like Ubisoft, EA, and Sega. You're one of the last few companies that most people don't see under that category but with what you're doing to your in-game economies and the way things you're taking things, you'll soon find yourself hated more than loved by your customer base. Or to put it in words you'll understand; VALVE. WILL. LOSE. MONEY.

Security is everyting. But places like scrapTF is has to be exceptional. It is safe to use this places and we don't need new stuff :/
