This effectively would ruin the ability for us to bet and trade skins for any game. Why Valve would do this is terrible, and they would lose so much business as a result.

I don't trade much but this will hurt multiple steam groups

As a user with multiple accounts, this will severely limit the functionality of the Steam platform. If implemented, please add a whitelist.
