This will not only ruin trading, it will make Valve lose one of its major incomes: TF2 And CS:GO.
Trading is what has been keeping TF2 alive for all these years, updates is only a small part there of. Valve if you won't do it for us, do it for your own income...

I for one is a trader for TF2, I've been playing since 2007 and will continue to do so.
The TF2 economy is really up and down at the moment so add this hassle of extra trading doesn't help.
There are many other ways to go about safely trading... and this isn't the way.

i dont have a smart phone and will never want one this change would severly restrict the trading i do with my friends. it would also hurt all my friends accouns scies most dont have smart phones eather and are not intrested in getting one because how little they use their cellphones

Trading is a big part of why some people play tf2, cs:go, etc. and a system like this would almost completely ruin it for a lot of people. There are good ways to help prevent scamming, but this is not one of them.
