Valve please don't add this, yes there are alot of scammers but there are youtube videos and other things showing how to prevent scammers and getting scammed, honestly if a person gets scammed it is 100% their fault. Yes what you do with giving back the persons lost items to the scammer for the first time it happens is something that is generous of you, but this will kill the Steam Community and its trading in a VERY BIG way.

Trading is difficult enough without this. I had to wait two weeks in order for my friend to repay me something we traded, because he had been locked out of the community market, and locked out of trading for a certain period of time. This will only make things worse.
