In my eyes, as one of the 3rd party site develpers and a trader for over 5 years (tf2 and csgo) this is pretty... Bad. Trading is based on your on-spot decicions and although I see this as a good sign of protection. However I think steam is safe enough platform anyways, and everyone that is at least knowledgeble of the protection services valve has given us can never get scammed as long as they use it.

This sounds like a truly awful idea. I've been trading for years. I do not have a smart phone. The amount of ill-will it will engender if you cripple my trading ability like this is not something you want.
