No, this has good intentions but it is still more of a burden and can still be bypassed

I have grown to love trading in this micro-economy, I already dislike the trade ban on the market items, but this is so much worse.

Escrow introduces more complications than aids.

The part that the item goes to escrow if either party don't have the mobile authenticator. This is the part i am most scared about.

no. just no. even although people get scammed, its their fault that they chose to accept a certain offer. this new system Escrow, is not going to increase any more scams. but, demolish the majority of ALL steam trading. if this system was added, i would lose my interest in valvo, or not trade. at all. ( is anyone here to support Tyler? )

Bad idea from Valve with good intentions can be worked around not everyone can afford a smartphone.

Escrow is a terrible idea. Valve, if you are attepting to make 50% of your players quit trading, then continue. (For me personally, id quit all forms of trading, so youd be losing my money that im putting into the game, as well as the tax youre cutting off the items i sell on the market.) But, if Valve wants trading to continue to thrive, escrow wont pass.

Very bad idea - it will cripple trading as we know it for the very few bad traders unintelligent enough to get scammed - which this system won't prevent.

Although it is not a terrible idea, it needs to be reworked to be applicable to every user
