This would ruin the whole steam item economy and cause a loss in confidence that will result in a total market crash. Also, it won't work!

This is gonna destroy everything with betting and other pages were u need trading! i got 2 accounts, and i always trade my skins/items to my alt if im gonna play on it, it will be hard with this new trading system! and how am i supposed to place a bet on csgolounge? then i need to place days before the match and then mby some players are sick so it will be hard to predict:OO so pls we dont need this new and ''cool'' trading system...

Seriously Valve? You are going to destroy all trading websites and major traders in the community just to make the game more "secure" when actually you don't understand the fact that not everyone has a smartphone and we can't just wait three days for a trade to complete? Also, scammers can still scam with this, this doesn't add any layer of security at all, maybe for those without a cellphone, but everyone suffers.
Those that have cellphones will get scammed anyways, those without will find this a burden.
tl;dr: bad valve! bad!
