I think Steam should do escrow in a way that does not effect users without a phone or preventing users with different phones that are not capable of downloading Steam on their phone.Users that don't have Phone or like I said can't download it should not be penalized by the new escrow act.I hop you men and women at Steam will read this and change your mind about this not so great way of helping people from scammers.I also think that putting a 3 or 7 day limit for when you get your items is bad for people who are trading with their friends or just trading for fun.In conclusion I disagree that escrow should be implemented in a way that penalizes users that are not hackers. This is my thoughts and opinion -Jordan Broven
