This system will ruin many online marketplaces helping to destroy the community that these games have. But Valve is probably doing this to be greedy so they get loads more money from market transactions than they already do.

I understand the need to protect against trolls and scammers, but my friends and I use TF Trade and scrap bots daily. I also do not believe it is right to condemn those who have a Windows Phone, or anyone who doesn't have a smart phone.
