i have been waiting 2 weeks for a single hat on tf2. A SINGLE HAT!!! thats just ridiculous. i agree that trades should be held for maybe a day or two and the trader should be notified via email, but TWO WEEKS!?! it doesnt make any sense!

I gifted a pass to my friend, but I didnt knew he didnt had an authenticator, we couldnt play comp toghether #bs

This is honestly a horrible idea that Steam has implemented. At the very most, it needs to be optional, so users who do not have a smartphone do not need to purchase one or suffer a large inconvenience.

I do not have an Android or iPhone and have no intention of buying one just for Steam. Other two factor authentication schemes, like EMAIL or SMS, or SYMANTEC VALIDATION & ID PROTECTION would work fine for me. But not a damn "app" tied to a specific phone OS.
