I do not have a cell phone! This has caused me to hate steam. I can't trade my skins in school for fallout 4 and I'm pissed

I wanted to trade with my buddy and when the market timer ran out we tried to trade and after confirming it said there was a 15 day timer.

15 day trade hold for me and my friend... After we had to wait a week for our items to be tradeable

I don't have a smart phone and can't get the app. This makes trading and selling items very difficult and time-consuming. The fact that Steam would implement something this appalling makes me sad.
